At Seattle Coffee Gear, we want you to love your brew; if you are not completely satisfied, most new and unused items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that certain items, such as opened bags of coffee or commercial equipment, are subject to specific return restrictions.

Return Process

  Pack Your Equipment

  Carefully place your item back in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the box, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
